Michele Rossetti, Executive Director

A long-time Yonkers resident and friend of Untermyer Gardens, Michele Rossetti joined the Conservancy as its first Executive Director in January 2026. She is an accomplished administrator with more than 30 years of managerial expertise in the areas of finance, budgeting, capital projects, operations, strategic planning, and policy development. From 2015 to 2025, Michele was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Wave Hill, the distinguished public garden in the Bronx, which is owned by the City of New York and operates in a public-private partnership. She first joined Wave Hill as Director of Finance and Administration in 1996. A New York State Certified Public Accountant, she received an M.B.A. in International Business from Pace University and a B.S. cum laude in Accounting from Manhattan University.
